Dr. Bartov is the John P. Birkelund Distinguished Professor of European History, and Professor of German Studies at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. Professor Bartov is considered one of the world’s leading specialists on the subject of genocide. He has published seven monographs, three edited volumes, and numerous journal articles, book chapters, and book reviews in the United States, Europe, and Israel; his work has been translated into several languages.
