Alisa brings her diverse range of experience to the operational area of the association, where she also works specifically as a production manager. After her career as a ballet dancer, she pursued her passion for culture and social processes and studied ethnology at LMU in Munich. Building on this, she completed her Master’s degree in Global Studies at the HU in Berlin, specializing in globalization processes.

Alisa’s path reflects her interest in the world and its interconnectedness, as well as her desire to promote cultural exchange and address social phenomena.
